		<description>Melissa, I think that would work out - I am guessing that you would just want to rehydrate them and if your rehydrating liquid is fairly strong, you might want to add that as part of the stock. Just check to see if you need to filter the liquid in case you have a lot of debris from your dried mushrooms. This is usually only the case if the mushrooms are home dried vs. store bought or more commercially purchased.</description>
